He has delivered numerous international presentations on issues of public importance, including Telecom and IT, environmental management (such as e-waste), radiation, manufacturing, global peace and wellbeing, and performance excellence.
With over 52 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he remains actively engaged at the forefront of India’s growing telecom revolution, contributing across multiple national and global initiatives.
He is associated with several universities and colleges as a guest lecturer in IT, mobile technology, cybersecurity, and motivational speaking, and actively supports entrepreneurship development and incubation centres through various academic institutions, while also organizing pan-India summits.
As President and member of the National Technical Education Empowerment Committee under AICTE, he plays an active role in advancing Skill India initiatives, vocational education, and empowerment programs for differently-abled individuals and Scheduled Tribe communities.
Through TEPC, he contributes to the promotion of international exhibitions and supports the growth of manufacturing and exports in the telecom and ICT sectors.
As part of ITU-APT engagements, he is involved in advocacy and policy discussions on telecom spectrum-related matters in close coordination with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Geneva (UN body).
He has extensive industrial experience with organizations such as HFCL and Motorola, where he contributed to the introduction of CDMA, Cordect, mobile technologies, and 2 GHz digital microwave radio systems in India.
