Shortlisted profiles were scored across two tiers: organisation-level parameters (25%) covering financial stability, communication maturity, ESG practices, and crisis preparedness; and business leader-level parameters (75%) covering strategic influence, AI and data adoption, reputation ownership, narrative leadership, and long-term industry contribution. This weightage guarantees that leadership influence dominates over the organisational scale.

Data Normalization & Fair Evaluation

For the recognition of the organisations based on merit instead of their dominance in the market, CMI standardized the evaluation metrics across industry verticals to remove size-based advantages. It then applied contextual weightage to reflect communication impact and true leadership.

Research Inputs & Multi-Layer Validation

Proprietary databases, business filings, and media coverage analysis along with interviews with CMOs, communication heads, and PR directors were considered the inputs.
