Liquid ring vacuum pump systems are a reliable and inexpensive solution engineered primarily to fulfill specific consumer needs. Dry gas or dry air compression is compressed by a liquid ring vacuum pump as in any other displacement pump, except in the case of a liquid ring pump which is even more condensed than any other pump. A small gap in the system is allowed to create a flow of compressed gas that is free to move around the ring. The pump can create a vacuum by pushing the liquid into a tube that is narrow yet long enough to allow a steady stream of compressed gas to pass through and leave no space for the residual gasses to collect. There are two different types of liquid ring vacuum pumps available in the market; radial and concentric. The first one consists of a rotor with a housing and the other consists of two concentric disks, one at the bottom and one at the top of the housing.
Market Dynamics
Rising applications in the chemical industry are expected to boost the global liquid ring vacuum pumps market growth over the forecast period. Liquid vacuum pumps are widely used across the chemical process industries, especially in those that require vacuum filtration, solvent recovery, and vapor recovery. Furthermore, certain applications including hydrogen or chlorine compression require vacuum pumps along with liquid ring vacuum pumps. Hence, such factors are expected to drive growth of the global liquid ring vacuum market growth.
Moreover, rapid growth of the biodiesel and bioethanol industry is expected to accelerate the global liquid ring vacuum market growth in the near future.
