Market Dynamics

Increasing prevalence of liver diseases, research and development of novel therapeutics, and approvals from regulatory bodies for liver disease treatment are attributed to the growth of the global liver diseases therapeutics market. For instance, on May 26, 2022, Pfizer Inc., U.S. based pharmaceutical company announced U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted fast-track designation to Pfizer’s investigational combination therapy for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) with liver fibrosis.
