Cognex Corporation, a global leader in industrial machine vision, has launched the In-Sight® 3900 Vision System. This system uses new AI vision technology from Cognex and Qualcomm Dragonwing™ platforms. It is a complete vision system that works fast, accurately, as well as clearly, helping manufacturers inspect products quickly without slowing down production.
The In-Sight 3900 solves the usual problem where deep inspections slow down production. It combines Cognex AI, advanced tools, along with rule-based vision to check products in real time at full line speed. It can be used in packaging, automotive, electronics, and consumer goods.
When used with Cognex OneVision™, the system joins a cloud-to-edge AI vision network. OneVision makes it easy to train AI models in one place and run inspections across different sites at production speed.
