Durst has opened a Customer Experience Center in Gwangju City, South Korea. This new facility will offer as a permanent location where companies from across the Asia-Pacific region can experience advanced printing systems in action of the company. The center features live demonstrations of several Durst technologies, including the Tau RSCi, Durst-Omet KJet, and P5 350 HS systems, which are designed for label, packaging, and wide-format printing.
The center is hosted by Durst's local partner SEROM CO, which helps show Durst's innovative printing solutions to customers in the region across the board. One of the major highlights of the facility is the Tau RSCi digital inkjet label press. This press is known for its high efficiency as well as productivity, making it perfect for short- to medium-run label printing. Another important technology available for demonstration is the Durst-Omet KJet hybrid press.
This machine combines both flexo (a type of printing) as well as inkjet technologies in a single system, allowing for more flexibility and a broad variety of applications. By opening the Customer Experience Center in Gwangju, Durst focuses on providing its customers with hands-on experience and deeper insights into the capabilities of its printing technologies, further strengthening its presence in the Asia-Pacific market.
