
Genpact has partnered with Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) to set up a new Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India. Genpact will use its experience in business processes, AI, automation, as well as digital technologies to aid Nestlé improve and simplify its global business work. The new center will focus on high digital adoption, improving operational visibility, as well as making business processes efficient with consistent across global network of Nestlé.
The Hyderabad GCC will use AI, agentic AI, and other advanced technologies to support continuous improvement in business processes. Genpact will provide process intelligence, data expertise, and technology solutions to help Nestlé achieve faster digital transformation and better business performance.
