Kaytea Introduces New Line of Electrolyte-Infused Tea Blends

A new line of electrolyte-infused mixes has been introduced by UK botanical tea company Kaytea.

There are four flavors of Hydro Infusions: lemon & mate, lime & mint, peach & green tea, and pineapple & hibiscus. The whole leaf tea bags incorporate electrolytes for energy and hydration along with botanicals and natural fruit flavors.

Kaytea's founder, Kevin Tang, stated: "Since our 2020 launch, we have established ourselves as a well-known cold brew tea brand, spearheading the development of a new generation of RTD ice tea that is healthier than soda but cooler than squash."

With our new Hydro Infusions, which combine fruit flavors and natural botanicals with electrolytes to create tea that is both naturally tasty and hydrating, we are now bringing our expertise in natural, flavorful, botanical hydration to the functional tea market.

"We prioritized creating a line of naturally unsweetened herbal teas with zero sugar, zero calories, and zero sweeteners because many other herbal teas contain added sugars and sweeteners. It was crucial that each ingredient really pulls its weight to allow the natural flavors to come through."

A 12-bag bundle of Kaytea Hydro Infusion Electrolyte Teabags costs £7.99 on the brand's website.
