The AX trim is available in both a petrol-manual version and diesel-manual version. The Thar AX gets a fixed soft-top, steel wheels, dual front airbags, a mechanical locking differential, and a roll cage as standard. Whereas the Thar LX comes with several additional features such as a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, the choice of a hard-top or convertible soft-top, 18-inch alloy wheels, and the option of an automatic gearbox.
