Matinkim announced that it has been selected as the first domestic fashion brand to become an official sponsor of the 2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (hereinafter APEC) summit.
The company signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the official sponsorship of the 2025 APEC summit on the 10th. Matinkim plans to provide Matinkim card wallets and canvas bags as sponsored products.
These products will be available for purchase starting on the 18th at nine stores, including Matinkim’s official online mall, the Seongsu flagship store, and the Myeongdong branch.
This collaboration reflects the commitment of the company towards promoting Korean fashion on the global platform. By coming in line with the APEC summit, the brand focuses on exhibiting its innovations to international consumers, showcasing the collision of conventional Korean aesthetics with contemporary fashion trends. The sponsorship also reflects dedication towards supporting major global events as well as contributing to the cultural exchange within the Asia-Pacific region.
This partnership not only advances Matinkim's brand presence but at the same time positions it as a key player in the international sustainable fashion scene, paving the way for future collaborations and expansions.
