The first episode, titled "At the Edge of Innovation: What Are Hybrid Electronics?", explains the basics of hybrid electronics as well as why they are crucial for future technologies. Hosted by Stan Farnsworth from NextFlex, the episode features Dr. Dan Gamota, who shares how hybrid electronics and the podcast series are molding the future of electronics as well as manufacturing through collaboration.
Upcoming episodes will cover topics like NextFlex’s innovation model, how collaboration drives results, workforce programs, and more. The last episode of the season will discuss the challenges of turning lab innovations into real-world products and introduce the theme for the next season: "From Lab to Line."
