They are releasing a new AI program that combines OpenAI's enterprise products with Accenture’s expertise. Accenture will also use OpenAI's AgentKit to design custom AI agents that automate tasks, assist with decision-making, as well as help businesses transform. The goal is to help companies implement AI across key areas like customer service, supply chains, finance, and HR.
Internally, Accenture will use ChatGPT Enterprise AI to support their work and upskill employees in AI technology. Accenture aims to make the largest group of professionals trained in OpenAI tools.
