As part of this collaboration, Accenture will provide ChatGPT Enterprise to tens of thousands of its employees, integrating it into their consulting and operations work, and helping OpenAI bring its AI technology to more businesses.
They are releasing a new AI program that combines OpenAI's enterprise products with Accenture’s expertise. This program will aid businesses in industries like AI in retail, finance and healthcare to use AI to improve their processes and workflows. It will allow them to adopt AI tools and technologies faster and more effectively.
Accenture will also use OpenAI's AgentKit to design custom AI agents that automate tasks, assist with decision-making, as well as help businesses transform. The goal is to help companies implement AI across key areas like customer service, supply chains, finance, and HR.
Internally, Accenture will use ChatGPT Enterprise AI to support their work and upskill employees in AI technology. Accenture aims to make the largest group of professionals trained in OpenAI tools.
This partnership will also help OpenAI scale its own operations, with Accenture playing a key role in applying AI to global business functions, positioning them as a leading AI partner for companies worldwide.
