Mondelez's Oreo brand has announced several new products for its U.S. lineup, including a zero-sugar version.
The company said it noticed more people are trying to reduce sugar in their diets, with 66% of Americans trying to cut back on sugar.
Starting in January 2026, Oreo will launch Oreo Zero Sugar Cookies, available in Original and Double Stuf varieties. These cookies will taste like regular Oreos but have no sugar. They’re sweetened with ingredients like maltitol and sucralose and don’t contain aspartame.
Before the new year, the brand will also release several new products in December 2025. These include:
- Oreo Muffins: Made with cocoa and Oreo flavors, sold in two-packs for easy snacking.
- Oreo Cakesters Confetti Cake: Birthday cake-flavored filling between soft confetti cakes.
Other new items include:
- Oreo Thins Chocolate Ganache: Thin, crisp cookies with chocolate ganache-flavored filling.
- Oreo Minis Chocolate Creme: Chocolate-flavored filling in mini chocolate cookies, available in 3oz and 8oz bags.
Oreo Cookie Dough returned as a limited-edition treat started December 22, 2025. It has cookie dough-flavored filling with chocolate chip bits between two chocolate chip cookies, making its return after being gone since 2014.
In January 2026, there will also be new packaging sizes for Golden Oreo Minis and Oreo Minis Peanut Butter.
