StarCharge is pleased to share that its Titan Series DC fast chargers now have CSA certification and meet the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requirements. This acheivement showcases not only the company's strong manufacturing capabilities but also its readiness to actively participate in U.S. federal and state infrastructure projects.
Three years ago, StarCharge invested in a research, development, and manufacturing facility in Ohio to demonstrate its long-term commitment to the U.S. market. Now, that facility can handle full product assembly, metal enclosure and busbar fabrication, and charging adapter production. By combining global resources with local manufacturing, StarCharge has created a model of worldwide collaboration and local innovation. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly quality-inspected before delivery to guarantee top standards.
The Ohio facility currently runs two production lines and can produce 800 DC fast chargers annually. Plans are in motion to expand to five lines, raising capacity to 1,600 units, and to launch Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into the U.S. market. At the same time, StarCharge’s Aries / Nova 720 kW ultra-fast charging system is progressing through BABA certification, further broadening the company’s product lineup.
Looking forward, StarCharge will continue to advance with innovation, compliance, as well as responsibility, working closely with government and industry partners to modernize U.S. energy storage infrastructure and accelerate the path toward a zero-carbon future.
