
BeLive Studios, NewUnivers, and ChopChop Systems have signed an agreement at the Asia TV Forum and Market (ATF) today. This agreement sets up a plan for the three companies to work together on producing, co-producing, and managing microdrama content.
The partnership began through Content IP Xcelerate in Singapore, managed by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) Singapore Business Centre, and was officially announced at ATF. The signing ceremony was attended by officials and industry leaders from both Korea and Singapore.
According to the agreement, the companies will work together to develop microdrama projects, aiming to produce over 50 titles in the next year. They will also create a system for distributing the content.
The collaboration will cover all aspects of microdrama production, from ideas and scriptwriting to casting, filming, editing, and distribution. ChopChop Systems will integrate its workflow technology into BeLive and NewUnivers' processes to help improve production efficiency.
