Building on their earlier work with Gemini Enterprise, Cognizant is using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise AI internally to boost productivity and improve employee experience. To ensure consistent, large-scale delivery, Cognizant is setting up a Gemini Enterprise Center of Excellence and investing in tools to apply AI across the entire business. Cognizant is also providing tools like Cognizant Ignition, powered by Gemini, to aid clients quickly build and test AI solutions. They will help companies adopt no-code tools for high-impact tasks such as AI-powered contact centers and smart order management.
