HD Hyundai and Palantir Technologies have strengthened their partnership, making it the largest and longest of its kind in Korea. This expanded alliance will bring Palantir's advanced technology, including its Foundry and AI Platform (AIP), to more parts of the HD Hyundai Group.
The partnership, which initiated in 2021 with HD Hyundai Oilbank, has already aided improve operations in areas like refinery management, predictive maintenance, and sensor data analysis. It has since expanded to other parts of the company, including shipbuilding as well as construction equipment, where Palantir’s technology is aiding drive digital transformation.
The collaboration now includes even more areas like robotics and electric systems, with Palantir’s tools being used across HD Hyundai’s entire business. Some subsidiaries will use Palantir’s Foundry and AIP for the first time.
