Hillphoenix, part of Dover Food Retail, has introduced AdvansorUltra™, its first standard industrial CO2 refrigeration system. This launch strengthens the company's position in the escalating industrial refrigeration market.
The AdvansorUltra platform supports the increasing use of CO2 refrigeration in industries like cold storage, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. It's a shift from Hillphoenix's custom-built systems to a more measurable, ready-made platform.
Key Features of AdvansorUltra:
- High Capacity: Can handle up to 450TR (1,583kW) per unit, and larger facilities can utilize multiple units.
- Temperature Range: Works at temperatures from -25 to 20°F (-32 to -7°C), with the ability to go as low as -57°F (-48°C) for specialized utilizes like spiral freezing.
- Better Serviceability: The design makes it easy for technicians to access as well as repair parts without shutting down the system.
- Optional Features: Includes options like parallel compression, heat recovery, and Hillphoenix's ChargeSecure™ system to preserve refrigerant.
In addition to the launch, Hillphoenix has upgraded its training facility in Conyers, Georgia, to help technicians learn how to work with the new CO2 refrigeration systems, making the transition from older systems smoother.
