
Lucid Group, Inc., manufacturer of the most advanced electric vehicles globally, revealed major organizational changes focused on accelerating growth and enhancing decision-making efficiency, as well as reinforcing accountability as the company expands globally.
To support these goals, Lucid has executed the following organizational alterations:
- Emad Dlala has been appointed Senior Vice President of Engineering and Digital. In this expanded role, he will continue to lead the powertrain organization while also overseeing all product development functions, including vehicle engineering, digital systems, and software. Emad will work on advancing Lucid’s technological leadership, driving vehicle development, improving cost efficiency and manufacturing, and furthering the company's software-defined vehicle architectures.
- Erwin Raphael has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Revenue, taking on expanded global responsibilities. He will now lead global sales and service operations, with a key focus on driving accountability for revenue and enhancing the customer experience as Lucid continues to grow into new consumer markets worldwide.

According to Marc Winterhoff, Interim CEO at Lucid, as they accelerate production of Lucid Gravity and prepare to launch our midsize platform, these changes will help drive faster innovation and stronger execution. Emad has played a key role in establishing Lucid as the EV technology leader. In his new expanded role overseeing complete vehicle development, they have no doubt his leadership will broaden their technology excellence, improve software quality, and manage costs, as well as keep projects on schedule.
