Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation planned to unify the brand logo for its industrial gas business globally and implement the change in stages. Until now, the group operated industrial gas businesses globally using the same symbol mark, while adapting to each region. To further improve recognition and understanding of the group as a unified entity among a broad range of stakeholders, and to maximize corporate value and achieve sustainable growth, the company have planned to unify the brand for the industrial gas businesses as "NIPPON SANSO" and standardize the brand logo globally.
The unification and logo change will happen in stages, meaning there will be a transition period during which both old as well as new branding may be visible side by side. No specific timeline has been disclosed.
The rebranding will not apply to the Thermos business, which supplies Thermos-branded consumer products to more than 120 countries globally and will continue to operate under its existing brand.
