PAC Worldwide introduced new e-commerce packaging solution at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025, scheduled from September 29 to October 1 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Nevada.
The company aims towards sustainable packaging solutions, with a post-consumer recycled (PCR) bubble roll lined up for display. It will also introduce a fixed release liner for its wicketed paper mailer.
The recently developed PCR bubble roll, which is pre-qualified for store drop-off, incorporates 50% post-consumer recycled content while maintaining the protective qualities of PAC’s standard line.
The product is available in broad range in clear and customised or branded colours, and features a 3/16-inch bubble height. It is also expanding the application of its fixed release liner, initially used in the WicketPAC poly mailer, to its wicketed paper mailer.
This feature, currently in beta testing with high-volume e-commerce users, reportedly enhances throughput by between 20% and 50% compared to standard mailers.
The fixed release liner removes the need to peel and dispose of paper, reducing ergonomic strain on workers and minimising workplace waste.
PAC Worldwide employs 1,300 people across locations in the US, Mexico and Malaysia.
Executive Statement
