Partillion Rolls Out Developer Kits to Fuel Innovation with Nanovials

Partillion Bioscience today announced the launch of a new Developer Kit, a ready‑to‑use foundation for teams using their Nanovials to build custom assays and workflows. By combining Nanovials with validated capture antibodies and standard reagents, the Developer Kits reduce the time spent on early optimization, so researchers can move faster from idea to actionable data.

Partillion Bioscience’s open Nanovials platform has become a go‑to for researchers building single‑cell and multi‑cell assays to measure how cells actually work together. As the field of spatial biology grows, scientists are moving from static maps of cells toward measuring how cells interact and function together, a big leap in understanding biology on a large scale.

On the back of the “Billion Cell × Cell Project,” an initiative to map functional interactions across a billion cells, the Developer Kits give research teams the tools they need to turn that vision into reality. These kits take Partillion’s years of assay‑building experience and package ready‑to‑use protocols and reagents that connect a cell’s spatial context with its functional outcome.

Users can pick from two sizes of Nanovials for single‑cell or multicell assays and choose capture antibodies for applications like immunology, antibody discovery, cell therapy development, synthetic biology, and aging research. Partillion also supplies full documentation to help teams design and fine‑tune their own assays.

According to Coherent Market Insights, the Biotechnology Instruments Market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 9.4% during 2025 to 2032. Currently, the market is at USD 68.22 Billion in 2025 and is expected to be around USD 127.95 Billion by 2032. Advancements in genomics, proteomics, and molecular diagnostics are driving high growth in the biotechnology instruments market. Pharmaceutical as well as healthcare sectors are actively adopting these instruments to meet the rising demand for precision medicine and address the growing burden of chronic diseases.

"Our customers are constantly expanding what's possible with Nanovials," said Joe de Rutte, CEO and Co-Founder of Partillion. "Developer Kits combine the best of both worlds—the performance of a purpose-built kit and the freedom of an open platform. It's how we help teams go from concept to successful custom assays faster than ever."

"We've always believed in an open, flexible platform," added de Rutte. "Developer Kits build on that foundation—making it easier for any researcher to tap into the performance and reliability of Nanovials without losing the freedom to innovate."
