
Accenture and ServiceNow, launched a new joint service. This new offering has two main parts. The first part provides managed security services built on the ServiceNow AI Platform. The second part is an AI-powered solution from Accenture that aid companies automatically move from old systems to ServiceNow.
Together, both the companies are trying to solve two major problems that stop businesses from improving their security systems: the high cost and the difficulty of moving away from old cybersecurity platforms.
They also show that data breach costs in the United States are surging quickly, reaching a record high of USD10.22 million per incident in 2025, which is 9% higher than the previous year.
In addition, they explained that artificial intelligence is making cyber threats more dangerous as the time between finding a security weakness as well as hackers exploiting it has dropped from months to just a few hours.
As cyberattacks become faster as well as more advanced, Accenture and ServiceNow are providing companies with important risk management services powered by agentic AI. These services help organizations stay ahead of new threats, improve long-term cyber safety, and deal with the rising scale, seriousness, and cost of cyberattacks.
