Snap-on Industrial Launches New Products Based on Customer Feedback

Snap-on Industrial held its third annual INSIGHT event at the Red Bull Technology Campus. This event gave the company a chance to connect with customers and show new products developed based on feedback from past Insight events.

Snap-on Industrial has worked with Red Bull Powertrains for the last four years, so the MK-7 event space was a perfect choice for this all-day event. Guests from industries like the military, rail, aviation, and energy joined the event to see product demos, tour the Red Bull factory, and hear from industry experts in two panel discussions.

Snap-on Industrial is celebrating its 105th anniversary this year and is known for constant innovation. The company now holds over 4,300 patents and focuses on building strong relationships with its customers. By listening to their feedback, Snap-on continues to create new tools and solutions that meet the needs of engineers now and in the future.

The new product line will include:

  • Torque control
  • Power tools
  • Hand tools
  • Snap-on Level 5 Tool Control

These insights are turned into downloadable reports that help organizations make sure their tools are right for the job, track each tool if it goes missing or gets damaged, and limit access to authorized users.

L5 Connect works with the Level5 Tool Control series, including the ATC Box, ATC Locker, ATC Portal, and ATC FlexHub. The ATC FlexHub is a storage solution for tools of different sizes, developed based on feedback from the first INSIGHT event in 2023.

According to Coherent Market Insights, the Industrial Automation Market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 9.5% from 2025 to 2032. Currently, the market is at USD 238.13 Bn in 2025 and is expected to be around USD 449.77 Bn by 2032. Global industrial automation market growth is driven by rapid digitalization and rising adoption of industrial internet of things (IIoT) based solutions across industries.

Richard Packham, director - UK & Europe for Snap-on Industrial, said: “Now in its third year, our annual INSIGHT Event has become a highlight of our calendar, providing a unique opportunity to spend time with our customers, showcase our current and upcoming product range, and gather feedback that will shape our products and solutions as we move forward. There’s nothing more rewarding than being able to share our new prototypes with the people who inspired their creation; several of the products being previewed today have been developed on the back of questions and comments we received at last year’s event.”
