Faster Launched New Casting Solution Called GenYus, an all-new Updated Casting Solution for Tractor Rear-Line Applications

Helios Technologies announced that its operating company, Faster S.r.l., has launched GenYus, an all-new updated casting solution for tractor rear-line applications. GenYus brings improved engineering and usability, providing an intuitive and reliable connection. It helps OEMs lower costs by eliminating tooling investments, simplifying installation, and boosting long-term reliability.

GenYus combines innovation with practicality. This ready-to-use manifold works with most Selective Control Valves (SCVs), offering OEMs flexibility and easy integration. Its unique lever mechanism allows operators to connect as well as disconnect quickly, reducing downtime and ensuring smooth, consistent coupling. Designed for performance, comfort, and precision, it's perfect for modern agricultural environments.

GenYus unique features are its adaptability and smart design. One casting manifold can fit different cartridge types as well as sizes, so there’s no need for multiple parts. It also offers flexible installation options, fitting various SCV configurations with adaptors. With three coupling sizes, ½″ and ¾″ ISO A (poppet valve) and 5/8″ ISO 16028 (flat face), it’s compatible with the most common hydraulic standards in agricultural equipments.

Executive Statement

According to Matteo Arduini, President of Hydraulics, Fluid Conveyance Solutions, GenYus is a validation of their customer-centric focus that drives the creative genius of their product engineers. This casting solution addresses both customers’ and equipment operators’ pain points. For their OEM customers it reduces costs, accelerates time to market and simplifies manufacturing processes. For tractor operators, it provides an easy-to-use, quick, and seamless connection experience, improving efficiency and reducing the time required for equipment changeouts. With this product, they are redefining the future of fluid power connection technology today.
