
Kent Road Capital has created a new company called Bloor Street Flexibles, which focuses on converting flexible packaging. They have also acquired their first manufacturer that serves the food and beverage, agriculture, and industrial markets in the U.S. and Canada.
The company, based in Quebec, was formed in partnership with Dave Timm, an expert with over 30 years of experience in flexible packaging. Timm will play a key role in helping the company grow, using his knowledge from previous roles at Charter Next Generation and Pregis.
Bloor Street Flexibles will focus on buying and merging with companies that make specialty films and sustainable packaging.
