Brenntag has announced the expansion of its exclusive collaboration with Lallemand Bio-Ingredients for the distribution of food enzymes across North America.
Under the enhanced agreement, Lallemand will work closely with Brenntag Nutrition & Food to provide both commercial as well as technical expertise, offering customers in the U.S. and Canada direct access to its growing Nutrilife portfolio of specialty baking enzymes.
As a global leader in fermentation-based enzyme solutions for the food industry, Lallemand will now be able to reach a broader customer base throughout North America.
Lallemand is committed to clean-label and sustainable innovation, delivering enzyme solutions for baking, plant-based products, and other functional food applications including those that support Clinical Nutrition.
The exclusive partnership with Brenntag began in 2024, initially focused on the European market.
