QAD Inc. has released a new ERP system, QAD Adaptive, now with support from Champion AI. This new update adds smart AI features along with improvements to help drive quick action and deliver fast value across manufacturing businesses in the enterprise resource planning.
Champion AI, QAD’s new smart AI platform, is now part of both QAD Adaptive and QAD Redzone Connected Workforce. It’s designed with strong manufacturing knowledge to take quick actions. One of its first features, Champion AI Inventory Optimization, automatically finds ways to adjust inventory and free up cash.
QAD’s partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) brings a modern AI-powered system that caters to QAD customers and gets results faster. They can start seeing value instantly, with deployments as well as returns on investment in weeks, not months.
The company expects higher productivity as Agentic AI gives workers real-time insights and automates tasks. Manufacturers will also save money by lowering infrastructure costs, reducing maintenance, and minimizing downtime, all while improving cybersecurity.
Release Highlights:
- Champion AI Platform: QAD offers three types of AI agents—implementation, productivity, and business optimization. They speed up software setup, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve performance in areas like inventory, costing, and scheduling.
- Enhancements: New advanced features such as a fully integrated Warehouse Management System (WMS) as well as better Production Scheduling.
- Champion Pace Implementation: Uses AI to speed up ERP setup, cutting down the time to get value.
