Created with workflow automation leader n8n and tested by KFC, the AI Agent Library allows restaurants to use intelligent agents to automate tasks, speed up decision-making, improve prep times, and enhance overall operations and marketing.
The AI agents operates by connecting to Deliverect’s servers as well as n8n’s no-code automation system, using real-time data from restaurant systems like point-of-sale (POS), delivery platforms, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing tools.
When launched, there will be seven AI agent templates available, focused on important tasks like:
- Managing orders to keep preparation times consistent
- Optimizing menus to boost online sales
- Automating marketing for better engagement
- Improving guest support for faster, more reliable service
Restaurants can easily customize these agents to match their specific needs, without requiring in-house AI expertise.
KFC Pilot Shows Big Success
KFC was the first brand to use Deliverect’s AI agents, running a promotional campaign in the Netherlands. The campaign provided free meals to customers who solved an online treasure hunt. The AI agents automatically generated as well as activated rewards in the KFC app, leading to:
