RealMan Robotics has introduced three new joint modules for robots: the WHJ03, WHJ120, and WHJ48V Wide-Voltage Series. These modules mark a major step in the company’s growth as well as provide a unified power solution for robots of all sizes, from small desktop robots to heavy-duty industrial systems.
The new High-Power-Density (HPD) servo joints are designed to provide high torque, fast responses, and high precision while being cost-effective. The three modules are compact and modular, making them perfect for a variety of industries, including consumer, commercial, and industrial robotics.
- The WHJ03 is a small 3 Nm module that is only 33 x 48 mm, designed for desktop robots and humanoid robots. It provides 35-55% more torque than typical models of the same size, making it ideal for accurate tasks such as handling liquids or fragile objects.
- The WHJ120 offers 120 Nm torque with a 16 mm hollow core, making it perfect for collaborative robots (cobots) as well as humanoid robots that need both high torque and flexible cable routing. It can be used in robot parts like shoulders, elbows, and waists.
- The WHJ48V Series supports voltages up to 60V and offers high power density and greater energy efficiency. It is ideal for high-end humanoid robots, mobile robots, as well as exoskeletons, providing fast, lightweight designs with longer endurance.
With the launch of these modules, RealMan Robotics is strengthening its position in the global robotics market by providing high-performance, modular, as well as reliable joint solutions that can power the next generation of robots.
