
EG America has teamed up with Swiftly, a company that provides retail technology, to add Swiftly’s Alcohol Cashback program to EG America’s Smart Rewards app.
The new program gives customers almost instant cashback on beer, wine, and spirits bought at EG America stores like Cumberland Farms, Fastrac, Loaf 'N Jug, and others.
Swiftly’s Alcohol Cashback program replaces the old mail-in rebate with an easy digital process. EG America shoppers can see available alcohol deals, choose offers, and scan their rewards card at checkout. The cashback is sent directly to their email, and they can get it through PayPal, Venmo, or a prepaid Visa card.
Earlier this year, Circle K said it teamed up with Swiftly to launch its alcohol cashback program. Since starting in May, Circle K has seen better rebate redemptions and higher sales in its alcohol section.
The new Alcohol Cashback program is expected to enhance customer loyalty and drive more foot traffic to EG America stores.
