
E.l.f. Beauty has launched a global campaign called “Give an e.l.f.,” encouraging people to reflect on their values and take action toward positive change. This strategic initiative coincides with the release of their fourth annual Impact Report, highlighting the company's dedication to inclusivity and sustainability, as well as social responsibility.
The campaign features a 45-second video with public figures such as tennis legend Billie Jean King, astronaut and activist Amanda Nguyen, and race car driver Katherine Legge. They share the reason they care about focusing to inspire others to recognize as well as support their own meaningful causes.
To further engage the community, E.l.f. Beauty hosted an activation event on October 28 in New York City, where participants could select a cause they care about. In return, E.l.f. made a donation to a nonprofit organization focused on that cause, and participants received a printed receipt confirming the donation, which they could use to claim free E.l.f. products.
This campaign underscores E.l.f. Beauty's commitment to being a purpose-driven company, provoking individuals to actively contribute to causes that fall in line with their values.
