Ferrero North America has announced a range of innovative new confectionery offerings that will be making their debut at the 2025 Sweets & Snacks Expo. This action reflects Ferrero's focus on the North American market and its continued push to meet changing consumer trends.
Among the highlights of the innovations is the addition of Ferrero Rocher chocolate squares. Individually wrapped and providing the signature tastes and textures of the popular Ferrero Rocher, but in a fresh, convenient square format ideal for sharing, the Ferrero Rocher squares become available in the US and Canada beginning in autumn 2025. The Ferrero Rocher squares will be manufactured at the company's Brantford, Ontario, plant.
Ferrero is also growing its Tic Tac brand with the introduction of Tic Tac Dr Pepper, a novel flavour partnership that brings the classic taste of the legendary soft drink together with the classic Tic Tac experience. The new product will be launched in the US and Canada in autumn 2025, manufactured at the Brantford factory.
As per coherent market insights, the chocolate industry is anticipated to advance at a CAGR of 4.7% from the forecast period 2025-2032. The market in 2025 is anticipated to be USD 130.64 Bn and is anticipated to reach USD 180.29 Bn in 2032. The industry size is powered by premium chocolate among consumers.
The biggest new introduction in Ferrero's portfolio is Nutella Peanut, a fresh addition to the Nutella brand that combines the unique creaminess of Nutella cocoa hazelnut spread with the classic flavor of roasted peanuts. It's the first big flavour breakthrough for Nutella in more than 60 years and will be rolling out in the US and Canada in Spring 2026 at Ferrero's Franklin Park, Illinois manufacturing plant.
"These innovations will appeal to both loyal consumers and new shoppers, driving our power brands and further establishing our position as a category leader in North America," said Michael Lindsey, president and chief business officer of Ferrero North America.
The introduction of these new products is an indication of Ferrero's increased focus on the North American market, supported by heavy investments in manufacturing and logistics. The firm seeks to respond to changing consumer tastes and extend its presence in the confectionery and snacking segments.
