Lifeway Foods® introduced Probiotic Kefir Butter™, a high-quality European-style butter made with probiotics

Lifeway Foods, Inc., a leading U.S. supplier of kefir and probiotic ingredients, has announced the upcoming launch of Probiotic Kefir Butter™. This new butter is made in the traditional European style, hand-churned, and spreadable. It will be sold in 8oz tubs and come in three flavors: Unsalted, Sea Salt, and Honey Butter.

Lifeway has years of experience in making cultured dairy and butter through its subsidiary, Fresh Made. The company is now ready to expand its expertise with this new product. They already have the manufacturing capabilities and equipment in place to meet the growing demand for premium butter.

Butter is becoming more popular, especially in retail and food services. The butter market is now worth $6 billion, with premium and European-style butters leading the way.
