Bell shaped peppers or bell peppers are used as culinary vegetables. It is used in salads, pizza toppings, etc. Green, orange, yellow, and red are the most commonly available bell shaped peppers. Brown, lavender, white, and dark purple bell shaped peppers are rarely available.
