With this new service, Ashley is one of the first large furniture stores to offer a way for customers to shop and pay directly within an AI search tool. Customers can ask for product suggestions, browse through options, add items to their cart, as well as pay for their purchases—all in one easy conversation.
The new shopping experience is easy to use and includes PayPal’s secure payment features, like fraud protection, so customers can shop with confidence. As more people start shopping for furniture through AI platforms like Perplexity, this new feature puts Ashley at the front of this new way of shopping.
This update shows Ashley's commitment towards the future of shopping and meeting the needs of today's online customers. To celebrate, anyone who makes their first purchase using PayPal on Perplexity between 9:00 AM ET on November 25, 2025, and 11:59 PM ET on December 1, 2025, will get 50% back, up to USD 50.
