Dietitians say that there several nutrient facts of having this nut as it is very beneficial for health and also its salty taste does wonders for the well-being. When one is interested in cracking a crunchy snack then they are suggested to have pistachios. These nuts are creamy, a bit sweet and are super satisfying when consumed. They are very mouth watery and have a nutritional punch in them. They are the healthy nuts one can ever consume. As like cashew and mango pistachios are the seeds of the pistachio tree, a plant that is originated in western Asia. As per a scientist research pistachios when are a developed seed they are in reddish hue and they split to reveal a beige color and at time the pistachios are in an inedible state. Pistachios contain a single green color oval kernel or seed which is an edible part and pistachios are sometimes used as nuts as well. Pistachios are considered as the superstars as they have several diseases fighting anti-oxidants proteins, vitamins and minerals along with a content of fiber, folate and vitamin B6.

Nuts are much unsaturated in nature and are no exception. Pistachios are high in cardiac health fats that are monosaturated such as omega-3 and omega-9 fats. It is a complete source of protein and they contain all the amino acids one needs to intake. According to the dietitians it is stated that a 1/4th cup of pistachios contain  159 calories, 8g of carbohydrates, 6g of protein , 13g of fat, 3g of fiber and 2g of sugar. The antioxidants present in the pistachios especially beta carotene are an amazing source for the body as these can help to fight against the inflammation and the oxidative stress and it also reduces the chronic diseases risk.  Pistachios are best known for containing both soluble and insoluble fat which can help to reduce diarrhea. They support the cardiac health and keeps one healthy when consumed by reducing the levels of LDL.
