Mack Trucks has started making the all-new Mack Anthem, a fully redesigned truck built to perform well in regional hauling. This new truck offers better handling, improved fuel efficiency, and top comfort for drivers.
The production of the new Anthem is taking place at Mack's factory in Macungie, Pennsylvania, where all Mack Class 8 trucks transportation for North America and export are assembled. Mack has invested USD 405 million in the last 10 years to get ready for the production of the Anthem and other similar trucks.
One of the standout features of the Anthem is its better maneuverability, with a shorter 113.5-inch bumper-to-back-of-cab length, making it easier to drive in tight spaces and city environments. The redesigned hood improves visibility, allowing drivers to see 12% further ahead compared to previous models. The shorter length also makes the truck lighter, so it can carry more weight an important benefit for customers focused on payload capacity.
The Mack Anthem is now available for order at Mack dealers across the U.S. Customers can check out the truck in detail through Mack's Live Tour platform, which offers personalized, live virtual tours, or they can customize their truck on Mack's website using the Mack Truck Builder.
