Pilot has unveiled a redesigned version of its Pilot app, advancing the customer experience management with a faster, as well as a better intuitive interface. The updated app is part of the company's continuous effort to create a unified, consistent brand. With a streamlined, personalized design, the new mobile application makes it easier for users to navigate, access new driver profiles, and enjoy better reliability.
A unique feature of the update is the ability for users to seamlessly switch between professional driver and auto driver profiles with just one click, eliminating the need for separate accounts. This change improves convenience and makes the app more user-friendly for a wider range of customers.
This redesign follows a series of digital upgrades Pilot introduced in September 2025, which included mobile ordering, a new loyalty app, as well as a refreshed website. These efforts show in Pilot's commitment to enhancing the digital experience for its customers and providing more convenient services.
In addition to the app update, Pilot has introduced new meal deals, targeting on delivering everyday value to customers. The breakfast meal deal is priced at USD 6, bringing a freshly made breakfast sandwich, like a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, paired with a 16 oz Monster Java coffee. The USD 8 lunch and dinner deal includes a made-to-order chicken sandwich, chips, and a beverage, giving customers a satisfying meal at an affordable price. These new deals are available through March 3.
