  • In July 2019, Mondel?z International announced acquisition of majority interest in Perfect Snacks company. Perfect snacks offers ‘Perfect Bar’, ‘The Original Refrigerated Protein Bar’, ‘nut-butter based protein bars’ among other snack products.
