In December 2024, Brevetti Angela introduced its SYFPAC DUO closed-parison BFS platform. The system is designed for filling volumes between 0.2 mL and 50 mL and can operate at rates ranging from 4,000 units per hour to 40,000 units per hour, equivalent to a potential annual output of approximately 264 million doses. The platform can process polyethylene, polypropylene, and high-density polyethylene without hardware changes and can complete mould changeovers in less than ten minutes.
