Micellar casein is a protein that consists of all types of important protein namely alpha casein, delta casein, gamma casein, beta casein, and kappa casein. It is also known as bedtime protein and it deliver protein slowly over several hours. Micellar casein has a an additional protein source that helps to boost muscle growth as it accounts for 80% of the protein found in milk.
